You can track your order status here. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update. In rare instances, tracking may not reflect changes, but rest assured your order is on its way.

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we can modify or cancel it. Since we aim for immediate dispatch, changes can’t be made once the order has shipped. Processing may occur instantly. However, you can always request a refund or exchange once your order arrives.

Our delivery partner will send you a WhatsApp message once they have your order. From there, you’ll be able to track it directly with them.

Our team can make changes if your order is still in our warehouse. If it has already shipped, you will need to coordinate a redirection with the carrier.

Enjoy free shipping on a minimum purchase of two garments. Shipping costs for single garment orders will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Yes, we ship outside of India! Orders typically arrive within 15-20 days, depending on the location. Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders. For assistance with placing an international order, please contact us at hello@inparallel.in.
Returns & Exchanges

You can initiate a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. However, please be aware that returns or exchanges are not accepted for items on sale.

Yes, we offer refunds for returned items in the form of store credit only. Once the returned items are checked and verified, you will get a return within 7 working days.

To initiate your exchange or return, please fill and submit the return & exchange form. After initiation, pack the product in its original packaging with tags and seal it securely. Hand the packet to our courier, and once it reaches our warehouse, it will be verified. Following successful verification, we will ship the exchange product or initiate your refund.

Usually the email with the coupon code will be sent within 2 days of return verification.

We offer a free exchange only if the item is faulty/damaged or if the size doesn’t match our size chart. For all other exchanges, we charge a flat ₹150 to cover shipping, repackaging, and handling.
We’d really appreciate it if you check our size guide before ordering — especially if you’ve already scored free shipping. It helps us keep things running fair and smooth for everyone! -
While we maintain strict quality checks at our warehouse, errors can occasionally occur. If you receive a faulty/defective product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery, including images of the item. You can initiate the refund or exchange process through our return & exchange form, and we’ll be glad to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
